This article aims to assist users in comprehending the common phrases associated with Sphere Signals by Blutext, and more.

• Within Sphere Signals, there are different access points to update and review information. These include Profile information, API Keys, Blackout Dates, and Organization.

• The API Key is the string of characters you use to authenticate (access) the API (described above) like you have to have your Car Key (API Key) to drive your Car (API.) 

• You can create your own API Key within the Blutext Sphere Signals dashboard.

• Want to check your next billing date? Need to update a payment method? Upgrade your account from a single seat to a team? Snag an invoice? The billing tab has it all at your fingertips.

• Blackout Dates indicate calendar days where Blutext texts will not send. By default, Blackout Holidays are active for New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. You can also create your own additional Blackout Dates.

• Your Contacts. More Repeat Deals. Zero Effort.

  Sphere Signals texts your SOI (sphere of influence) from your own phone with relevant, perfectly timed messages, keeping you top-of-mind long after the first transaction.

• Daily Send Limit

  • Almost all reports from the major carriers like Verizon, AT&T, & T-Mobile indicate that sending 100 text messages per day limited to the hours between the hours of 9am-7pm will fly well under the radar of anything that looks remotely suspicious.

  • If you need more than 100 messages/day we have a pooled phone plan that lets you use up to 10 phones round robin to increase your throughput to 1000 messages/day.

• Signals allows you to design and develop automated message sequences for your Spheres. You can use pre-existing message Templates or create customized ones, within Templates, to meet your specific needs.

• Spheres Navigation is a key feature that enables users to efficiently manage and organize data within the dashboard. It allows for the import of Excel CSV files and the customization of Sphere of Influence Contacts, enhancing the user experience when creating meaningful groups of Spheres.
